Homeopathic Nutritional Guidelines
Your emphasis should be on whole, unaltered, organic food.

AVOID THE FOLLOWING FOODS:

Foods containing artificial preservatives and additives, natural (not really natural!) and artificial flavorings

Pork
-
Sugar and products containing sugar
-
Products containing white flour
-
Processed foods
-
Fried foods
-
Coffee
-
All canned foods
-
Farm-raised fish
-
"Low fat" products.
INCREASE YOUR INTAKE OF THE FOLLOWING FOODS:

Organic berries, seeds, and raw nuts
-
Fresh, organic fruits. You should eat a minimum of 3 different fruits daily.

Fresh organic vegetables and salads
-
Virgin, first cold-pressed, organic olive oil
-
Complex carbohydrates like whole-grain bread, brown rice, whole grain pasta.

Ten glasses daily of spring water, filtered water, or distilled water. Tap water is not recommended.
YOUR DAILY MENU SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Two fresh salads prepared with your own dressing of organic olive oil and freshly squeezed organic lemon juice.

Whole sprouted grains.
-
75% of your total food intake should be raw, organic fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts.

Three to five different pieces of fresh fruit daily.
