NUTRITIONAL GUIDELINES
AVOID
THE FOLLOWING FOODS:
- Foods containing
artificial preservatives and additives, natural (not really natural!)
and artificial flavorings
- Pork
- Sugar and
products containing sugar
- Products
containing white flour
- Processed
foods
- Fried foods
- Coffee
- All canned
foods
- Farm-raised
fish
- "Low
fat" products.
INCREASE YOUR
INTAKE
OF THE FOLLOWING FOODS:
- Organic
berries, seeds, and raw nuts
- Fresh, organic
fruits. You should eat a minimum of 3 different fruits daily.
- Fresh organic
vegetables and salads
- Virgin, first
cold-pressed, organic olive oil
- Complex carbohydrates
like: whole grain breads, brown rice, whole grain pasta.
- Ten glasses
daily of spring water, filtered water, or distilled water. Tap
water is not recommended.
YOUR DAILY MENU
SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Two fresh
salads prepared with your own dressing of organic olive oil and
freshly squeezed organic lemon juice.
- Whole sprouted
grains.
- 75% of your
total food intake should be raw, organic fruits, vegetables, seeds,
and nuts.
- Three to
five different pieces of fresh fruit daily.
YOUR EMPHASIS SHOULD BE
ON WHOLE, UNALTERED, ORGANIC FOODS.

a chronic alcoholic who could not stop drinking and suffered
bi-polar. I had 5 DUI's and nearly died twice in the hospital.
I have suffered for over 20 years as an alcoholic and can now
say since i have been on your remedies I haven't had a drink
in over 3 years and my bi-polar is gone. You saved my life in

I live in Atlanta, and have stopped taking my children to
a pediatrician. I am using a homeopathic practitioner in Decatur.
We have actually been going there since my son was in the
first grade, and he is now in 8th. It has been a hard road,
but it has definitely been worth it! Although never diagnosed,
he had Asperger's Syndrome. Over the years, his symptoms have
decreased to the point that I would say he is 90 - 95% better.
And, they say it isn't curable! Although we were strict with
the Feingold program for the first few years, we aren't following
it 100% anymore (we still avoid colorings, preservatives,
and MSG, but make exceptions more often than we used to).
I still feel strongly about the role that Feingold has played
in his recovery, and have recommended the program to many
people. I also recommend my homeopath, Sonja Benjamin. While
she may not be familiar with the Feingold program, she recommends
a similar diet change for all new patients, which you can
see on her website, as well. She feels that diet has a role
in our lives, and we've also talked about the Blood Type Diet
as a factor. Please feel free to email me with any further
