Personal Background
Sonja Benjamin
is a Certified Classical Homeopath (CCH). She has been nationally
certified by the Council for Homeopathic Certification (CHC) and
is a member of NASH, the North American Society of Homeopaths, and
a member of the National Center for Homeopathy. Sonja has been practicing
homeopathy in the metro Atlanta area since 2002.
She studied with Trevor Cook and graduated from the British Institute
of Homoeopathy in the Advanced Course of Studies in Homoeopathic
Medicine in 2002. She has also studied with internationally renowned
homeopaths George Vithoulkas, Robin Murphy, Henny Heudens-Mast,
and Jeremy Sherr.
She consults with clients
all over the world including Spain, Germany, and Israel.
Her youngest client is a few months old and her oldest is 90 years
old. Her consultations cover a wide range of conditions.

Educational
Background
Degrees
In 2002, Sonja successfully completed the Advanced Course
of Studies in Homoeopathic Medicine from the British
Institute of Homoeopathy and qualified for the award
of the Diploma of the British Institute. She is thereby authorized
to use the title DIHom.
In 1990, Sonja Benjamin received a Master of Education from
Emory University
in Atlanta, Georgia.
In 1971, Sonja received a Bachelor of Arts from the University
of Maryland.
Internships and Seminars
In 2003, Sonja studied with George Vithoulkas, Master
Homeopath and recipient of the 1996 Alternative Nobel Prize,
at the European Academy for Classical Homeopathy in Alonissos,
Greece. In 2000, Professor Vithoulkas was honored as the "Homeopath
of the Millennium" by the Central Government of India.
From 1999 to 2001, Sonja studied with Robin Murphy, ND,
renowned American homeopath and author of the popular textbooks
Homeopathic Medical Repertory and Homeopathic
Remedy Guide.
